Job Description

We're looking for a curious and innovative professional to oversee our Learning & Development (L&D) and Research & Evaluation (R&E) teams. Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Change Management, this role connects research, learning, and real-world practice - closing the gap between what staff know and what they do.

Role Description

  • Work closely with partners across the organization to strengthen the design and delivery of an evidence-based learning strategy aligned with CapitalCare’s vision and strategic priorities.

Education

  • Master’s degree in education, health, or social sciences from an accredited university.
  • Adult education certification (e.g., CTDP Certified Training and Development Professional).
  • Simulation educator certification preferred.
  • Registration in an appropriate professional association is preferred.
