Responsibilities

  • Design global & scalable learning experiences for employees of all levels in the organization
  • Facilitate programs and deliver train the trainer programs
  • Manage implementation and continuation of learning programs
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, develop, and deliver training
  • Serve as learning SME for the organization
  • Work closely with team to guide and mentor

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in learning and development, talent management, organizational development, or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
