About The Role
Reporting to the Plant Director, you'll be responsible for:
Partners with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that strengthens operational capability, supports employee development, and enables the site to achieve its performance goals.
Designs, governs, and sustains a structured training system covering onboarding, upskilling, certification, SME development, and long-term career growth for hourly and salaried employees.
