Introduction

To lead the design, facilitation, and evaluation of advanced learning solutions that directly improve performance within debt collection operations. The L&D Facilitator partners with business leaders to diagnose learning needs, coaches junior facilitators, contributes to the evolution of learning strategy, and ensures continuous development of agent capability in line with business targets and ODETDP best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Learning Needs Analysis -

  • Collaborate with operational and performance teams to identify learning gaps through data analysis, business trends, and portfolio-specific challenges.
  • Translate insights into targeted training interventions with clear, measurable outcomes.

Advanced Facilitation of Learning
