We are seeking a high-energy Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to champion our growth and engagement initiatives. This role is a blend of coordination and hands-on execution, focusing on the end-to-end training lifecycle, vendor management, and creating a vibrant company culture through employee events and monthly communications.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and support training and onboarding programs.
Carrying out Training need assessments across the organization.
Manage all training data, records, and reporting using MS Excel to track ROI and participation.
Assist in organizing internal flagship events, workshops, and learning activities.
Lead the onboarding process to ensure every new hire has a smooth first-day experience.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and sales campaigns.
