About the Role

Own and deliver the end-to-end L&D agenda for AIA Malaysia with a strong focus on functional learning pathways - from needs analysis to design, development, rollout, and impact measurement. Build scalable, business-relevant solutions by partnering closely with business units, HR teams and Group Office, while confidently managing training vendors, governance aspects, and competing priorities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Functional Learning Pathways

  • Partner with business and HR / Functional Specialists to identify capability gaps, then design and implement role-based functional learning pathways that combine onboarding, technical mastery, professional and leadership skills (where relevant), guided by clear proficiency levels, outcomes and assessments.
