Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist Learning and Development in the following activities:

a. Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, performance

reviews and consultation with managers.

b. Source and keeping a pool of training providers to be easily tapped for

training engagement.

c. Coordinate the delivery of internal and external training, seminars, workshop

and learning sessions (in-person or online).

d. Support the development and updating of training materials, manuals and

documentation.

e. Maintain and monitor the learning management system (LMS) or training

database, ensuring accurate records of employee learning.

f. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and learning

metrics; recommend improvements.

g. Assist in the implementation of individual development plan (IDPs) and

succession planning initiatives,
