DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:
People Operations Manager
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Learning and Development Associate is to prepare and implement learning strategies and programs, assess each role's training needs, facilitate new hire onboarding and deploy different kinds of learning methods company wide such as coaching, job-shadowing٫ online training and so on.
TASKS:
Identify training needs to address and bridge gaps in skills and competency by making use of training needs analysis and performance evaluations, and coordinating with line heads and department managers
Release the annual training matrix at the start of each calendar year
Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
