  • Content Creation: Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, SOP manuals) focused on new laboratory equipment, testing methodologies, and regulatory updates.
  • Program Delivery: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions specifically for lab technologists, technicians, and phlebotomists, including new hire onboarding and annual competency reviews.
