Learning & Development Assistant (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Assist the Human Capital Head and senior team members in developing competency-based learning programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Support the conduct of training needs and competency assessments to help identify learning gaps and development opportunities.
  • Help plan and coordinate mandatory and elective trainings, seminars, and conferences, including documentation and approval requirements.
  • Coordinate training logistics with business leaders, including schedules, venues, materials, and participant lists.
  • Support the facilitation and delivery of training sessions when required.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and organizing training materials and presentations.
