Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to identify training needs and align initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant content and materials.
- Facilitate training sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide reports and insights to measure ROI and impact on organizational performance.
- Maintain and update training records, schedules, and budgets.
