Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the training calendar and coordinate with coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders on training schedule
  2. Assist the in-person and virtual classroom trainings
  3. Monitor training completion and process employees' training records and training report cards
  4. Process the CPD certificates of CPAs and training certificates of all employees
  5. Act as the GLMS administrator
  6. Handle other administrative tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Education, Arts or the equivalent
  2. Has a creative and innovative mindset and strong people skills
  3. Must be a team player
  4. Highly collaborative, attentive to details
