Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the training calendar and coordinate with coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders on training schedule
- Assist the in-person and virtual classroom trainings
- Monitor training completion and process employees' training records and training report cards
- Process the CPD certificates of CPAs and training certificates of all employees
- Act as the GLMS administrator
- Handle other administrative tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Education, Arts or the equivalent
- Has a creative and innovative mindset and strong people skills
- Must be a team player
- Highly collaborative, attentive to details
