Position Summary

As a member of the Innovation Equipment team, this person will be responsible for managing/developing/evolving Samsung Austin Semiconductor's lean manufacturing program. Responsibilities include implementing lean principles, identifying opportunities and making recommendations for value stream improvements that resulted in improved business position through culture transformation. The position will require strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment operation and maintenance, in order to analyze equipment data, observe operations, develop solutions, and ensure actions are implemented.
