Corruseal Group is seeking a driven Process Engineer to lead Lean initiatives within its Boksburg manufacturing operations. The role focuses on eliminating waste, improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development across corrugated and converting lines.

You will engage in gemba-based analysis, structured problem solving, and coaching of operators and supervisors in Lean principles to sustain continuous improvement.
