Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Team Leader to supervise a production team and drive continuous improvement in lean manufacturing. You will lead meetings, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 2–3 years as a team lead, and solid English communication. Proficiency in Excel and exposure to SAP and Power BI are preferred.
