Job Description

General Motors in Mexico is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production flow, lead lean initiatives, and drive quality and safety standards. You will manage a diverse team, mentor supervisors, and work with union partners to address performance issues.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background, supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, and flexibility for rotating shifts with weekend work. Knowledge of GMS/JIT and Kronos is a plus.
