Lean Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice

Esprit Automation Ltd in Long Eaton is offering an apprenticeship for a Lean Manufacturing Operative (Level 2). In this role, you will support engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in production planning, tooling, and lean manufacturing techniques over a duration of one year.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including breaks. The company is committed to employing disabled people as part of the Disability Confident scheme.
