The Impact You'll Make

As our Continuous Improvement Intern you’ll play a key role in the execution of the continuous improvement processes (Lean Tools, DBS, Kaizen Events, Kaizen blitz, Cost Out initiatives). Throught the design and maintaing information systems to manage continuous improvement journey. Supports generation of the CI Culture developing information to be deployed in the plant for the Danfoss bussiness system. Implement and support the CI culture through recognition programs to increase the people's engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Time studies of process cycles.

• Execution of Standard Work procedures.

• Support for improvement projects (Kaizen).

• Support with data analysis.

• Weekly and monthly performance presentations.
