**What you will do?**:
**Utilize our people talents to produce at the pace of customer demand using optimal resources achieving lowest cost with Six Sigma quality across the entire Value Stream.**:
**Responsible for implement the correct balancing of the production lines, ensuring that the Production area can meet the volumes on time, quantity and quality required, as well as planning the number of direct personnel, according to the client's requirement, to ensure the efficiency of the operation, deliveries to the client, generating the calculated standard hours.**:
**Responsible to implement Ergonomics, Safety, Industrial Engineering Standards, Headcount Analysis.**:
