WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

• Provide guidance and work supervision to team ensuring availability of resources to exceed key performance metrics.
• Coordinate data driven improvements demonstrating the A3 & RCCM process.
• Participate in and/or lead multi-functional, multi-level improve projects and kaizen events.
• Support a continuous improvement culture by coaching and involving employees in Lean methodologies.
• Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the operation using lean methodologies.
• Support in crafting and implementing present and future state value stream maps along with improvement strategies.
