**Leaker / Production Inspector**
**Location:** Penn Yan, NY
**Pay Rate: Starting at $18.75**
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or rotating 12 hour Shifts
**Position Summary**
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the manufacturing and packaging process by inspecting product quality, operating and supplying packaging equipment, preparing finished goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role ensures products meet company quality, safety, and food safety standards while contributing to daily production goals.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Inspect finished products for leaks, damaged packaging, improper seals, labeling errors, and other quality defects.
+ Remove defective products from the production line and perform rework or repackaging as needed.
