The Business Development unit is responsible for developing and maintaining account relationships with multisector clients. The unit engages clients for salary survey participation, survey subscriptions and consulting services supported by the full range of products and services of the Community platform.
The Leads Generation Assistant, reporting to the Survey Growth Team Lead, identifies potential clients/participants in assigned countries through research, secures contact information, and provides leads to the Account Executives on the BD team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather prospect information and ensure accuracy and completeness to initiate Lead Generation and ultimately sales/engagement activities.
