Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and contribute to critical coding work (≈30%).
  • Design scalable, high‑performance solutions aligned with NFRs.
  • Review solutions and enforce engineering quality standards.
  • Mentor developers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and design.
  • Collaborate with EM, SRE, and DevOps to resolve technical challenges and drive improvements.
  • Own system performance, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
  • Lead P1 incident management, resolution, and post‑incident learning.
  • Ensure release readiness, reduce rollback risks, and maintain high testing standards.
  • Track team performance, identify skill gaps, and drive upskilling.
  • Propose quarterly technical enablers and report KPIs to leadership.
