Overview

Position Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating up-tower construction activities such as erecting towers crew workers checking the tension base bolts, grouting, stack and bolt turbines, alignment of the generators up top in the nacelle and torquing rotors to ensure work is completed in a safe, quality and productive manner on the job. In addition, may be assigned other tasks as needed during construction including any foundation, offload or erection activity.
Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures and lead team to do the same

Leads a team of 1-5 workers in the safe and productive construction activities

Climb wind turbines daily and supervise all activity inside a wind turbine during construction

Uses standard hand signals and voice commands to guide crane operators in the lifting and assembly of wind turbine components
