Minimum Qualifications

• DZ License
• Supervisory experience in delegating tasks, training, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to remain on call after hours and work outside in inclement weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in snow and ice control, emergency response, winter patrol, and/or knowledge of OTM Book 7
• Knowledge of highway maintenance, Highway Traffic and Environment acts and legislations

As a Lead Hand, you will prioritize, organize, and allocate tasks to your assigned crew and train on OTM Book 7 procedures, performance requirements in the CDMC, and Miller Values of Safety, Quality and Integrity.
