The Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for the conceptualization, design, and delivery of high-impact learning programs, with a primary focus
on leadership and development of current staff. This role ensures that learning plans are aligned with organizational goals and delivers engaging sessions
that empower employees at all levels to grow and perform at their best.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conceptualize and design structured learning and development plans, particularly for new and current leaders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment of training content with organizational

- Create, review, and revise course outlines and plans based on organizational needs.
