Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to lead our Demand Generation team across Korea and Greater China. This is an opportunity to shape and scale a high‑performing team responsible for driving pipeline growth in Splunk’s key growth markets. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Operations leaders to build a sustainable pipeline engine that accelerates business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Representatives across Korea and Greater China, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive pipeline creation through a balanced approach of inbound lead management, outbound prospecting, account‑based engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
