As a vital role reporting to the VP of Member Experience, you will manage Aurora, the research and strategy team dedicated to elevating the member experience. Your expertise in service design and innovation will be critical as you champion comprehensive research methodologies and develop actionable insights. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you'll design unique service journeys while addressing experience challenges in a thoughtful manner.
