**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Team and People Development
+ Build an inclusive and encouraging environment for employees within the organization for the purpose of new product development and sustenance of M [GM1] &A products
+ Develop and implement strategies towards talent development and aligning to the vision of global product group and local management
+ Identify and implement plans for technical competency development within M&A group
+ Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified and skilled staff.
+ Motivate, empower, and develop the hardware development functional team
+ Contribute and support to manage budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure, people development
+ Build culture of collaboration, transparency, result oriented project teams with strong alignment to respective business sites.
