Data Improvement Lead – Airbus Canada (A220 Program)

Location: Mirabel, Québec, Canada.

Overview

The role is part of the Performance Management team, responsible for developing standardization and improving performance data quality for the A220 value chain while supporting the digitalization roadmap. The position collaborates closely with performance analysts, operations teams, and the digitalization team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between analysts (Performance, SDO, RC, CVAT) and the digitalization team to translate business needs into automated solutions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of performance data collected from supply and production flows.
• Harmonize the definition and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various flows to guarantee a cross‑functional view of performance.
