Job Description
The Lead Engineer / Designer, AI Platform Engineering will be responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving Grantek’s enterprise software development and delivery platforms. This role will own the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps frameworks used across the organization to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solution delivery.
The Lead Engineer/ Designer will manage the internal development toolchains, reusable code libraries, and automation environments, enabling engineering, consulting, and delivery teams to build consistent, high-quality, and repeatable solutions. This position works closely with IT, Digital Enablement, Engineering, and Delivery teams to support digital transformation and AI initiatives.
