Job Description

Manage a team of representatives, drive overall performance, and provide supervisory support through transaction monitoring. Deliver results within Service Level Agreement targets and timelines. Produce reports to gauge process performance, steer process meetings, and recommend action plans to exceed performance requirements. Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure service delivery and maintain excellent client relationships.
