Lead Worship Pastor

The Lead Worship Pastor is responsible for directing, supervising, visioning, planning, coordinating, operating, administering, and evaluating a comprehensive Music/Worship Ministry. Job Responsibilities & Duties Serve as Platform Worship Leader at the Deville Campus – Leading regular Sunday worship services, revivals (as assigned), working with Adult Choir, Praise Team and orchestra. In addition, he will work with worship leaders at HD and Faith Hall to develop and maintain excellence in music selection and production to enhance worship at all venues. Attend scheduled staff meetings to ensure coordination of Music Ministry with all other Ministries of Philadelphia Baptist Church. Coordinate the church Music Ministry with the calendar and special emphasis of the church.
