  • Wedding and event coordination leadership
  • Post-sale client journey management
  • Wedding planning meetings and timelines
  • Coordination team workflow and event allocation
  • Client communication and relationship management
  • Venue readiness and event setup coordination
  • Supplier coordination and logistics
  • Guest experience and service recovery
  • Revenue support and package enhancement opportunities
  • Payment schedule follow-up and post-event account completion
  • Event reporting and department performance tracking
