Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, you will ensure efficient operation of the Water Pollution Control Plant. This role includes monitoring and adjusting equipment, maintaining logs, and managing routine operations effectively. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance in wastewater management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment and processes
• Record meter readings and prepare process calculations
• Conduct regular inspections and manage logs for compliance
• Report unusual conditions and monitor alarm systems
• Carry out maintenance tasks and supervise sludge dewatering
