Lead Verification & Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:

Define and lead verification strategies for embedded control systems in UDA and MH automation projects.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, and Pytest.

Drive system-level validation for real-time, safety-critical applications in mining equipment.

Collaborate with software architects, developers, and system engineers to ensure testability and traceability.

Perform hardware-software integration testing, including CAN/J9-based communication and sensor-actuator validation.

Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for automated regression and release testing.

Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
