Lead VAVE Engineer

Job Description

• As Mechanical Engineer III you will lead, design and qualify products which are globally manufactured and help to reduce the cost, drive design standardization across sites.
• Drive product cost analysis, benchmarking, Value analysis & value engineering independently.
• Perform cost benefit analysis and finalize annualized savings for given project.
• Perform VAVE study and identify cost out opportunities which are quality neutral
• Strong design knowledge and exposure towards global qualification standards
• Ensures that assigned projects are delivered timely, to specification, and at or below targeted cost through solid engineering plans, including quality, cost, schedule, and risk assessment.
• Approaches problems in a rational manner and with outstanding tools to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
