The Role
Join a large, multi-stream transformation program and lead the design of intuitive, user-centred experiences across new and uplifted digital systems. You’ll run discovery and research, translate insights into practical design outcomes, and partner closely with delivery teams to embed user-centred design and uplift UX maturity across the program.
Responsibilities
- Lead and plan user research, testing and discovery activities with stakeholders
- Turn research/data insights into evidence-based UX recommendations and outcomes
- Produce UX artefacts (journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes)
- Promote design guidelines and best practices to uplift UX standards and consistency
