Lead UI Engineer

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UI Engineer to join Cyberpunk 2 Team. In this role, you will lead the UI Engineering Team responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface features for the game.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing your direct reports and supporting their professional development and career path, including setting up 1:1s, performance management, hiring and promotions. 
• Working closely with designers, artists and other developers to understand their needs and ensure that your team is aligned with everyone to deliver on expectations.
• Guiding your team to build and enhance UI features.
