Lead Trip Planner

Location: Singapore

• Monitor and update trip planning tasks to ensure accurate, timely support for each trip.
• Communicate with departure/destination airports, ground handlers, and local authorities to arrange required services.
• Coordinate domestic and international customs processes, including APIS/Advanced Passenger Information setup.
• Track active flights and provide real‑time updates to airports, handling teams, and customers.
• Create, verify, package, and transmit routine and complex flight plans, weather briefings, and alternate/contingency itineraries to customers.
• Acquire, distribute, and interpret relevant aeronautical publications and NOTAMs for flight crew compliance and safety.
• Maintain customer operational files: handle overflight/landing permits, diplomatic clearances, ground handling, fueling, hotel and transport bookings.
