Lead Transitions Specialist

Lead Transition Specialist – Senior Relocation & Transitions (Part-Time) Caring Transitions  is seeking a compassionate, hands-on  Team Lead  to support on-site client projects across East Jacksonville, St.

Augustine, and Palm Coast.

We help seniors and families through major life transitions with relocation support, downsizing, estate liquidations, online auctions, and home cleanouts.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, leading by example, and working with a supportive team.

You help ensure the promises made to clients are carried out with care and professionalism.

This is  flexible, part-time work  with hours based on client demand.

Core availability is  8:

• 30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. , Monday through Friday with no guaranteed weekly hours.
