What You'll Do:
Needs Identification, Solution Design & Delivery
Identify behavioral and leadership development needs across functions and levels.
Design, develop, and facilitate engaging behavioral training programs like client communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, presentation skills, influencing etc.
Create blended learning journeys incorporating classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders from Business Delivery, Quality, HR, Sales, and Pre-Sales to:
Understand business context and behavioral challenges
Co-create targeted learning interventions
Consult on talent development priorities
