What You'll Do:


  • Needs Identification, Solution Design & Delivery
  • Identify behavioral and leadership development needs across functions and levels.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging behavioral training programs like client communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, presentation skills, influencing etc.
  • Create blended learning journeys incorporating classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats.
