OceanaGold’s Didipio mine in the Philippines seeks a Supervisor – Training to advance competency-based programs for Asset Maintenance staff. You will support the training superintendent, oversee development, and drive career progression and continuous improvement of competency frameworks.

The role reports to the Superintendent - Training, involves developing long-term strategies, mentoring trainers, and implementing quality management systems to optimize safety and performance.
