Overview

We are seeking an experienced BPO Trainer to support inbound operations. This role requires a strong background in training within a BPO environment, with solid understanding of inbound accounts and learning methodologies. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, operationally aware, and able to deliver effective training aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and/or virtual training for inbound customer support agents.
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs within a BPO environment.
• Ensure agents are fully prepared to handle inbound accounts effectively.
• Adapt training content to meet operational needs and performance standards.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.
