Lead Technologist

As a Lead Technologist at HPE, you will define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and innovation across multiple engineering disciplines and business units. You will serve as a recognized authority both internally and externally, guiding the organization in developing industry-leading technologies, shaping technical roadmaps, and influencing executive-level decision-making.

Strategy & Roadmap

• Define innovative technology strategies and roadmaps for complex products, platforms, systems, and software across multiple engineering disciplines and global business units
• Advise executive staff on strategy, technology direction, and long-term architectural decisions
• Communicate technology vision to industry partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
