Title: Access Control & CCTV Lead Technician

Salary Range: $70K–$80K

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technician specializing in enterprise-level Access Control and IP Video Surveillance. This is a leadership role designed for a working lead who can expertly program complex systems while managing a field crew of 2–5 technicians . You will oversee projects from rough-in through commissioning, ensuring all installations meet our high standards for quality and local Charlotte code compliance.
