This transformation aims to simplify, automate, and connect business processes across the company. The Idea to Retire (I2R) workstream within its digital transformation focuses on the full product lifecycle—from market feasibility, design, prototyping, build, test and validation, sustaining, to end-of-life.
To support this initiative, the company is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for our product development team members as they adopt new systems and new ways of working. The role requires strong engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
