Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid–senior level roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-tech recruitment experience
- Should have global hiring experience.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
