Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.)
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Systems Engineer, specifically working with IBM Sterling software.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling B2B Integrator, and Sterling Control Center.
- Experience in system design, implementation, and administration of IBM Sterling-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of B2B integration concepts and protocols, such as AS2, SFTP, FTPS, EDI, and XML.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell scripting, Perl, or Python for automation and customization tasks.
- Familiarity with database systems, particularly Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL query language.
